After ten plus years of service to you, I am writing with a full heart, that I have decided to retire from this practice.  My decision to leave is because I have had to move out of this region due to personal family matters.  I know this news will come as a surprise to many, and a disappointment to some.  I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or grief that my choice will have on your lives.  I have greatly enjoyed my time as your dentist, and friend, and I depart with much emotion and regret. 
            Now for the good news.  After many interviews with qualified dentists whom would take my place and meet your needs, I have chosen Dr. Payal Sharma.  Dr. Sharma’s focus centers around quality, and personalized care.  Dr. Sharma has done her training at Loma Linda University, and she lives in Pleasanton with her husband and two children.  I have instructed Dr. Sharma on your needs for gentle treatment.  She enjoys treating both children and adults.  I would truly appreciate that you come in and meet this gifted clinical Dentist who is also a generous, kind, and sensitive individual.  She looks forward to meeting all of you.
            I am very pleased to say that my present staff plans to stay with the practice to assist Dr. Sharma.  This will help to continue excellent dental care, and to provide a smooth transition.  My expected last day is December 31, 2011.  I truly thank all of you for your confidence in me and my staff.  I feel much comfort in knowing that your dental needs will be in caring, competent hands.
